Overview
The ILS Search Committee will consist of 5 SWAN staff members and 5 representatives from SWAN member libraries. The committee will make a recommendation to the SWAN Board on the future direction of SWAN's ILS and analytics platforms, meeting throughout the request for proposal (RFP) and vendor demonstration process.

Expectations for committee members
ILS Search Committee members are expected to:
- Provide input on the request for proposal (RFP) document issued to vendors
- Participate in a comprehensive scoring process of RFP responses received (Round 1)
- Attend all vendor demonstrations in person
- Review member library staff feedback on vendor demonstrations
- Participate in a comprehensive scoring process of vendor demonstrations (Round 2)
- Participate in committee task forces organized around functional areas, such as Circulation and Cataloging
- With the SWAN Executive Director, make a final written recommendation to the SWAN Board
